Are chronic pains and injuries limiting your mobility? Would you like to move with more grace, skill and ease without the strain and effort of conventional exercise?  Come to a free Awareness Through Movement®️ lesson where you will be guided through a series of slow and gentle movements that use mindfulness and awareness to improve the efficiency and comfort of your movements in daily life. No previous experience is necessary and the only physical requirement is the ability to get up and down from the floor.

This week's lesson will focus on becoming aware of parts of which we are not conscious with the help of those of which we are conscious.

Note: Attendees can use a chair in lieu of the floor.
