What
The response often published from nutrition-related surveys from families is wanting more time to make healthy meals. During this 1-hour class, we’ll learn about how to make a meal from the foods that you like to eat, options for making them healthier, and how to create a grocery list that supports your budget, weekly meal plans, and lifestyle. We’ll Learn about terms, such as organic, gluten-free, probiotic, GMO, and more. As well as discuss ways to plan around the many dynamic changes in your unique families.
Presented by Ken Roberts, a certified personal trainer and registered nutrition and dietetics technician. Ken is a retired U.S. Marine, endurance athlete, martial artist, coach, and nutrition and dietetic professional. He enjoys helping individuals of all backgrounds reach their health and fitness goals. On top of his racing, coaching, and continued education, he is a husband to a talented retired Air Force musician, and father to three teenage children.
