Join Diana in this therapeutic yoga class. Improve your range of motion, release stress, feel relaxed and rejuvenated as Diana guides you through gentle stretches, balance and strengthening moves, ending with a calming meditation that will leave you refreshed and energized for the new day. This class is for EVERY body. Great for arthritis, fibromyalgia and MS. Modifications are offered throughout the class.  

Please bring a mat and water bottle.

Who: Open to the general public. You do not need a library card to attend.

Where: First-Floor Community Room, O'Fallon Public Library

When: 1pm-2pm the 4th Monday of each month.
