In this class, we will walk people through the process of “How to” Meditate, concentrate, find purpose, & let go of past hurts. We want to have a mind “getaway” without having to pack a suitcase! Happy Retreat is there to give people a sense of hope by giving them tools to use in everyday life. We are different from meditation and yoga centers in the sense that we go deeper than getting the mind quiet, we strive to find out why the mind is noisy to begin with, and then start from scratch to detox all we have carried throughout our life!
