Healthy Side Dishes for the Holidays

During the holiday season, you might indulge a little more than at other times of the year. It is important to be careful with your food choices in order to support your health by avoiding too much salt and sugar. Participants will experience side dish tastings that are healthy and scrumptious.

Who: This is a free event and open to the general public. You do not need a library card to attend.
About the Instructor: Since 2010, Carol has provided fun, hands-on workshops to show people how to enjoy eating healthy. Additionally, her clients are taught how to make positive lifelong changes in their eating and exercise habits. Carol's specialties are weight loss, healthy eating strategies for diabetics, vegetarian meal planning, mindful eating, and leading a healthy lifestyle.
