Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) will be conducting a 1-hour info session, to provide guests with information about IMSA and why this public residential academy may be a good fit for you. IMSA is Ranked the #1 college preparatory public high school in Illinois and #1 STEM high school in Illinois by IMSA develops creative, ethical leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Admission Counselor Clarissa Jimenez will answer your questions to help you decide if IMSA is right for you.

Clarissa Jimenez is an Admission Counselor and Girl's Volleyball Coach from Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA). She started at IMSA in August and previously worked in higher education as an Assistant Director of Admission for 4 years. She received her Bachelor's degree from Lake Forest College in Sociology and Anthropology in 2018 and her MBA from Saint Xavier University in Human Resources in May 2022. Ms.Jimenez has been coaching and working in education for over 8 years. She thrives to create and support the youth to help them become thriving members of society. 


Who: Open to the general public. You do not need a library card to participate.
