What:   A kids' program to harness the power of mindfulness to ease anxiety, mental stress and increase happiness. There will be meditation, reflective conversation, and interactive activities to teach awareness and build character.  Class is limited to 20 individuals.  Masks are optional. 

Who:   For students in 2nd - 6th grades

When:   First Wednesday of the month, 4:30 - 5:30 PM - through May   

Where:   Community Room - Registration is required

Facilitated by Gina Hudson, Holistic Spa Treatments.  Gina is a spiritual teacher and thought leader. When she’s not teaching she enjoys volunteering, reading, gardening, and traveling.
