Diana Kurtz hosts Gentle Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Relief. Life is stressful - especially lately! Enjoy a positive mind, body, and soul connection as Diana leads the group through gentle stretches, easy yoga poses and guided meditation that will leave you feeling enlightened and rejuvenated.

This is a free 1-hour class. You do not need a library card to participate. Please bring a mat, small blanket or towel, and a water bottle.

Who: Open to the general public. You do not need a library card to attend.

Where: First-Floor Community Room, O'Fallon Public Library

When: 9:30am-10:30am the first Saturday of every month
