Cooking for one or two is challenging. Before you have a family you may be learning what and how to prepare foods for one or two and on a budget. If your kids are grown and out of the house, you may be once again learning how to cook smaller portions of the meals you’ve cooked for years. During this 1-hour class, we’ll learn about making a daily and weekly menu, creating a grocery list that supports that menu, and ways to prepare food to save time throughout your busy week. 

Presented by Ken Roberts, a certified personal trainer and registered nutrition and dietetics technician.  Ken is a retired U.S. Marine, endurance athlete, martial artist, coach, and nutrition and dietetic professional. He enjoys helping individuals of all backgrounds reach their health and fitness goals. On top of his racing, coaching, and continued education, he is a husband to a talented retired Air Force musician, and father to three teenage children.
