Reiki for Beginners

What
Come learn how to use your breath and ease stress with Reiki, a natural self-healing method. Reiki is a Japanese term for Universal Life Force energy and is a technique for amplifying our innate ability to gently heal the energetic system of the body that affects our cells and organs. Using the breath and intention, we deepen our awareness of our bodies and the energy around us. This is also a wonderful way to start learning meditation or building upon an existing meditation practice.
Reiki can contribute to holistic healing through stress reduction and relaxation, enhancing immune function, and increasing physical energy. In this workshop, Jen will guide participants through energy awareness exercises and you’ll be ready to continue practicing Reiki after this class.
