T'ai Chi is a traditional form of martial art used to promote health. Its gentle, dance-like moves are said to strengthen and balance the body’s energy. The net results, according to tradition, include increased physical stamina, enhanced sense of well-being and comfort, and improved resistance to illness.

T'ai Chi is perfect for older adults as it is low impact, and promotes balance. Join us for these free monthly session, open to adults of any age.
