The purpose of this program is to arm investors with the tools and knowledge needed to recognize and prevent investment fraud.  The program objectives are to increase citizen’s awareness of investment fraud susceptibility and teach citizens to spot and avoid the red flags of investment fraud.

  BetterInvesting has teamed with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) to offer this program to local communities.  BetterInvesting is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization whose mission is to empower individuals to become successful long-term investors. FINRA is a not-for-profit, independent, non-governmental organization authorized by Congress to protect American investors by making sure that the broker-dealer industry operates fairly and honestly.
