Wellness Recovery Action Plan for Healthy Aging (WRAP) was developed by the Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery in 2020, and it is one of the only evidence-based health programs for older adults that focuses on mental health.

WRAP is a 90-minute program, and it meets for 6 sessions (once a week). The program is led by two certified WRAP facilitators from The Oasis Institute in St. Louis who guide the class in addressing challenges associated with aging and forming healthy, sustainable action plans. The program is free.
