What

Zumba combines Latin and international music for a fun and effective workout. Strengthen the body and increase range of motion with intervals of low and high-intensity dance movements.

The class is broken into two sections:

Zumba 1 runs from 6 to 6:45

Zumba 2 runs from 6:45 to 7:30

Participants are welcome to stay for one or both sections.  The content for each will be different.

When

The 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month, from 6 to 7:30 pm (unless otherwise noted)
