Second Saturday Yoga
Come experience the joy, relaxation, health benefits and improvement in quality of life with Gentle Yoga. This class is open to all levels. We will do stretches based on yoga principles, basic yoga postures, yoga breathing, deep relaxation and or a short meditation.
