Join FIT4MOM 618 owner, Codi Jackson, for a free and fun total body workout called Stroller Strides. You and your "rider" will participate in a 60-minute total-body (indoor) workout comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration. For your rider, there are songs and other fun activities. After the workout, enjoy a short story and play session facilitated by Miss Julie, our Early Childhood Program Facilitator.
