Gentle Yoga for Stress and Anxiety:

This is a free class and may be held outside on library grounds if weather is nice.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket, water.

 

Who: This is a free class and open to the general public. You do not need a library card to participate. Registration and signing a waiver is required.

When: Saturday, June 25 at 9:30am

Where: First-floor community room, O'Fallon Public Library. (or outdoors if the weather permits)
